Kairos Consulting Group was founded in 2006, but the team of consultants who make up Kairos Consulting Group has over 10 years of experience in consulting organizations and providing training in leadership development, strategy execution and group facilitation methods.
About the Founder of Kairos Consulting Group
Tronn Moller is an organizational consultant, facilitator and trainer. His work in this arena is targeted to non-profits and the faith based organizations. Over the last decade Tronn has honed his skills working with the Agape Group, All Congregations Together (ACT) and the Christian Reform World Relief Committee (CRWRC). In 2006, Tronn decided to channel his collective energy and experiences to form his own company, Kairos Consulting Group.
Tronn is a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and the American Academy of Religion (AAR). He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Master of Arts in Ethics and Theology from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary / Northwestern University Evanston, IL. Tronn has presented at numerous workshops and conferences.
